Point system, in details:
The preparedness or alarm system before capture:
Under observation = 1
Means that you will be watched from a distance of 5-10
Active hunt = 2
Means that if detected, you will become hunted within a 20 meter radius.
Full man hunt = 3
Means that if detected, you will become hunted within a 20 meter radius.
and the next characters within that radius will be alerted and try to come get you.
( note. should there be a distinction between if the hunt is activated directly, within the first 20 meters and secondary, within the next 20 meters?)

Second order of alerter such as the raven, could have the same activations functions, only lower, for instance -1, a step lower from the rest- read knights or likewise.
Captivity and penalty:
If you get caught due till infection, then you will be placed in quarantine, unless you escape along the way.
Captivity in prison means that you end up in a prison, and needs to figure out a way to get out.
Penalty for infidelity means beheading or hanging, unless you escape.
Penalty for witch craft means captivity, a kind of test( getting tied up and thrown in a lake. If you do not drown, you will be judged as a witch, burned on the fire, if you drown, you will be considered innocent.
If, then
Faith, if your points for faith are larger than the number of pints for both infidelity and witchcraft, then the penalty can maximum be imprisonment.
If
faith>infidelity+ witchcraft = max. imprisonment.
If
infidelity + witchcraft >½ faith,= active hunt
If
faith > infidelity + witchcraft & ¼ faith > infidelity + witchcraft = observation
If
faith < infidelity + witchcraft && 2x faith > infidelity + witchcraft = captivity and penalty = active hunt
If
2x faith < infidelity + witchcraft = captivity and penalty = Full man hunt.
The players total number of points <½ witchcraft = captivity and penalty for witchcraft by burning on the fire.
The players total number of points <1/3 witchcraft = captivity and penalty of witchcraft before penalty.
if witchcraft is less than the tow above and faith < infidelity + witchcraft, then the penalty will be imprisonment and hanging or likewise.

Infection:
Infection cannot be less than 0 or more than 100.
Exposure adds to infection by 5 or 10 points.
Multiple exposures gives a higher infection rate.

Pest points > 20 = Hunted.
You cannot become hunted for being infected, as an enemy of the state or church, you are just an infidel or sick.
If you are infected and get caught, then you will get placed in quarantine, if they have invented it yet.
Infections wears off in time, if there are no further infection, if you eat or sleep? health cannot becomes more than 100.
Infection has a direct effect on health, while health does not have an effect on infection.
Physical injuries:
Apart from the impact of infection to the health, you can get injured in battle or burned by fire and so on.
If health points are less than 0, the character dies and ends in limbo or dies. health can be improved by sleep, food or time. health cannot become over 100 points.
I have made a small program in Java as a test. Below you can see an example of 7 tests run in a small video, using some of the parameters from the game design.
It still needs some balancing though.
